Ayurveda with Emily Logsdon
Learn to apply Yogic principles to everyday lifestyle choices with Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Emily Logsdon. As we become interested in supporting our lives with Vedic wisdom, the study of Ayurveda becomes an important step for the Yoga practitioner and teacher. Where Yoga (unity consciousness) is a science of spiritual practices, it’s sister science, Ayurveda (the science of life) provides a framework for finding balance in all aspects of your life as a householder (meaning, you’re not a monk). Turn the most seemingly mundane human tasks into mindful ritual, aligned with your Yoga practice and aim of liberation.

Dharmic Living
Dharmic living is purposeful living. When we integrate Yoga into our bodies, hearts and minds comprehensively, we have the opportunity to experience all thoughts and actions in life as a Yoga practice. Then Yoga goes beyond just something one does, and merges into something one is, in every posture and moment of life. Connect to sacred intention and move through life in a state of flow, as Yoga intends.
This course is only for enrollees in the 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and is the final module.
