Summer Rest Hour w/Charlotte (Zoom)

July 5 @ 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm PDT

Consciously practicing rest is essential for a fully integrated life. This guided rest experience includes a diversity of techniques from the Yoga tradition such as Breath-work, Yin Yoga, The Thinking Body ~ The Feeling Mind®, gentle Kriyas, and Yoga Nidra meditation. Come settle, rest, and heal.

You are invited to bring optional props:

Yoga bolsters (or a bunch of pillows), Yoga blocks (or a stack of tall books),
A blanket, An Eye Covering

Donation based sliding scale $0-$35 ($20 suggested)
