Sattva Meditation Initiation Course (Zoom)

Sattva Meditation is a breathwork, kriya, and mantra based system from the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic tradition, designed to increase your access to the field of silence. When this 5 step process is practiced for 20-30 minutes daily, it benefits all aspects of your life & expands your state of consciousness. This Sattva Meditation Initiation Course is for sincere Yoga students who are ready to expand through a consistent seated meditation practice.
