Summer Rest Hour (60 min) with Brad

June 9 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm PDT

Having a rest practice is essential for an integrated life. This all level 60 minute guided rest experience includes elements of gentle Breathwork, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra meditation. Come settle, rest, and heal.

You are invited to bring optional props:

  • Yoga bolsters (or a bunch of pillows), Yoga blocks (or a stack of tall books),
  •  A blanket, An Eye Covering

Donation based sliding scale $0-$25 ($15 suggested)
