Integrative Yoga w/Charlotte (Zoom)

Integrative Yoga takes a diversity of techniques from the Yoga tradition and combines them into one practice experience. We integrate Himalayan Breath-work, Kriya, Mantra, Yoga Postures, The Thinking Body~The Feeling Mind®, and Meditation. 75-minute practice with optional time to connect after class. Come tune in.
$0-$35 sliding scale ($20 Suggested)
Bring the following:
A meditation cushion (or pillow or a chair),
a yoga mat (or space to move),
and any at-home props to support your practice.
