Tune In and Reconnect with Megan (60 min)

This 60-minute practice includes journal reflection, gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation. This all-levels class is designed to balance your energy, quiet your mind, and open you to the limitless benefits of meditation practice. Come reset, release, and reconnect to your divine power!

Things you’ll need:

  • A quiet space to lie down and stretch out (think snow angel size)
  • Cozy clothes
  • Pillows, blankets, yoga mat – anything to make you more comfortable
  • Something to write with/on (journals are awesome and recommended)
  • An open mind and a willingness to let go & trust the process
  • If you’re into this sort of thing: Crystals, sage, palo santo, incense – whatever helps you connect
